Current Notice
NOT-OD-26-011 NIH is operating under a Continuing Resolution (CR) through January 30, 2026, maintaining funding at FY 2025 enacted levels with no reductions. As in previous CR periods, NIH Institutes and Centers may choose to issue non-competing awards at reduced levels until full appropriations are enacted.
All FY 2025 legislative mandates remain in effect, including:
- Salary cap at Executive Level II NOT-OD-25-085
- NRSA stipend and tuition/fee levels and mandates for predoctoral and postdoctoral trainees NOT-OD-25-105
- All mandates listed in NOT-OD-24-110
