The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) has issued a request for applications for Partnering Research and Community Organizations for Comparative Clinical Effectiveness Research Across the Cancer Care Continuum. This program will fund high-impact, patient-centered comparative clinical effectiveness research (CER) projects led by researcher and community partnerships to focus on advancing care and outcomes across different phases of the cancer care continuum.

The American Heart Association (AHA) has issued a request for applications for its 2026 Innovative Project Award program. This award will fund highly innovative, high-impact research that could ultimately lead to critical discoveries or major advancements that will accelerate the field of cardiovascular and/or cerebrovascular research.

The Larry L. Hillblom Foundation has issued a request for applications for its Start-Up Grant program.  This award helps qualified researchers initiate independent research careers in the areas of Diabetes and Aging. The investigator must demonstrate that they have a research plan that is distinct from the work of their mentors’ program, is important and is achievable.

Applications for the Center for Aging in Diverse Communities (CADC) Scientist Program 2026 is now open. 

 The CADC is now requesting applications for CADC Scientists who will conduct one-year pilot studies to investigate research questions on health disparities and aging. We are committed to mentoring CADC Scientists during and following their one-year pilot study to support development of a successful research career.
