NOT-OD-25-133 Effective October 1, 2025, NIH will require institutions to provide training to all Senior/Key Personnel on how to properly disclose all research activities and affiliations in the Other Support section of grant applications. This training must be part of a written and enforced institutional policy to ensure researchers understand the full scope of what must be disclosed, including non-monetary and non-institutional support. This new requirement aims to strengthen compliance and transparency across NIH-funded research.
