The Michael J. Fox Foundation has issued a request for applications for its Parkinson’s Disease Therapeutics Pipeline Program. This program provides funding to accelerate pre-clinical and clinical development of disease-modifying or symptomatic interventions for Parkinson’s disease, as well as support for integration and analysis of decision-informing biomarker tools.
Budget and project period vary by development stage, from $1,000,000 over 2 years for early preclinical discovery projects to $5,000,000 over 3 years for early clinical development projects.
This opportunity is open to industry and academic/industry partnerships; academic-led partnerships may be eligible in certain cases.
