We would like to share two important updates related to OSR Proposal & Grants (P&G) process and ongoing improvements.
OSR Proposal and Grants Smartsheet Proposal Notification Intake Form
OSR is implementing a new approach for incoming proposal notifications using Smartsheet Intake Form. This update is intended to streamline submission tracking, improve visibility, and enhance communication across teams involved in proposal requests, submission, and review.

Electronic Proposal Intake Form (ePIF)
As part of a larger initiative within EVCPO/ Chancellors Office/ Office of Research, OSR is working with Academic Research Services group to develop an Electronic Proposal Intake Form (ePIF). This initiative aims to modernize and standardize how proposal information is collected, improving efficiency, data quality, and the overall intake experience. Additional details, including timelines and guidance, will be shared as these efforts progress.
