Revised and Updated Working Capital Advance Procedure for Subrecipients

As announced at the June 22, 2023 RA Town Hall, OSR has updated and revised the Working Capital Advance Procedure for Out-going Subawards/Subrecipients. The changes are effective as of June 22, 2023.

Only subrecipients in Low and Middle Income Countries may request advances. The maximum amount allowable is 25% of the annual amount plus upfront costs, including the purchase of any equipment.

A hardship letter is no longer required. The monitoring letter must be signed by the PI and a Department Representative. Each department determines who can sign the letter as the Department Representative.

See the OSR website for more information.
