As a reminder, all new and renewal applications (grants and contracts) for NIH support, due on or after January 25, 2023, proposing to generate scientific data are subject to the 2023 NIH Data Management and Sharing (DMS) Policy.

This resource includes a link to the NIH Sample Budget Calculator, which may be used to forecast investigator and data manager effort (hours) for data management activities in order to make staffing decisions.
