GBC provides expert services including proposal development, contract negotiation and award acceptance to faculty seeking contracts with federal, state, municipal or foreign governments. Our team also provides contracting services to schools, faculty, and core labs needing negotiation and advice on training affiliations and professional services.

GBC covers the following types of sponsors and activities:

  • US Federal Government

  • All City & County and other Municipal
  • Foreign Government
  • Non-funded Contracts
  • Business Contracts:
    • Training Affiliation Agreements (TAA)
    • Clinical Professional Service Agreements (PSA)
