Monthly Accruals of Biweekly Payroll to Begin in FY2016-17

Beginning in September, a new financial entry will be recorded monthly to estimate biweekly payroll expenses that have not yet posted to the General Ledger.  As a result, financial reports will display a more accurate estimate of financial position or remaining balance.  This financial entry will be automatically reversed the following month once actual payroll expenses are recorded.
